YOUR ROLE
The Sea Logistics Healthcare/Reefer Operational Care Manager is responsible for managing the Healthcare/ReeferOperational team(s). They are the expert in operational processes and drive a team to provide first-class servicesaccording to the global and national sea logistics standards. Responsible for operational excellence to support thegrowth, gross profit and indirect expenses for Healthcare/Reefer Team. Oversees and coordinates a team ofOperations Supervisors, Team Leads and Specialists, within the Operational Care Center (OCC). Take the lead tooptimize the operational process and KPI (Key Performance Indicators) performance within the team. TheOperations Manager ensures that they provide the best operational support for the new business opportunities andimprove underperforming business and are responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across thedepartment.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide Leadership and direction to theOperational Care team, including supervisors, while establishing and maintaining a positive employee experience.

- Ensure that disciplinary and poor performanceissues are dealt with quickly and correctly.
- Ensure operational productivity KPI’s areachieved or exceeded, while maintaining the highest level of data quality andcompliance needs.
- Collaborate with operations management forimplementation of any process changes, while driving continuous improvementinitiatives for the OCC.
- Ensure regular alignment with operationsmanagement on proper KPI/productivity reporting and other applicable reports.
- Review, understand and be knowledgeable of KNQSHE policies and regulations as well as GxP (Good Practices) compliance.
- Attend frequent Business Review Meetings witheach area Healthcare leader.
- Immediately report all improvements, concerns,and failures to the correct National team.
- Coordinate with national healthcare teams. Identifyand communicate potential gaps in processes to OCC &
- CCL Leadership Teams to continuously improveprocesses and practices to increase productivity and efficiency.
