Sea Logistics Field Sales personnel develop sea logistics business from existing and new customers in order to reach and exceed predefined targets set by the Customer Care Manager. They are primarily responsible for the growth of the SME customer segment, focused on hunting in key target trades as outlined by National Sea Logistics Management guidelines. Together with the Customer Care colleagues, Sea Logistics Field Sales is directly responsible for increasing Kuehne & Nagel’s market share across the core Sea Logistics products and contributing positively to the gross profit of the Sea Logistics business unit.
