    YOUR ROLE

    As Sea Logistics Representative (FS-VS) you are an integral part of our Customer Care Locations (CCL). Your focus and priority is to win new customers, especially within the segment of SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) and to develop new business (FCL & LCL). Based on a close collaboration with your Sea Logistics Customer Care Team in the CCL your overarching goal is an extraordinary customer focus and experience.

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Search for potential customers in internal and external sources and approach them by all communication channels (cold calls, social media messages, etc.).
    • Engage in online and physical meetings with potential customers to buildup relationships and trust.
    • Create a strong pipeline of prospects and opportunities to deliver on your personal and company growth aspirations.
    • Act as a consultant for customers to elaborate on the development of Sea
    • Freight market and to build end-to-end solutions based on KNs Sea Logistics services and solutions as well as online platform myKN.
    • Provide quotations in collaboration with internal stakeholders and pricing software.
    • Facilitate the implementation of new and additional business with Sea Logistics Team in your CCL.
    • Conduct research regarding market potential as well as share customer feedback with internal stakeholders.
    • Document all relevant customer information as well as sales activities in KN CRM software.
    • Foster the collaboration and sharing of best practices with your colleagues in the community of FS-VS.
    • Taking pricing decisions in alignment with the manager of your CCL.
    • Make the growth potential of your accounts and prospects transparent in KN CRM software.
    • Monitor the development of booked, shipped and invoiced transport volumes of your accounts based KNs sales visibility software.
