Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a talented SEA Manager, focusing on Google Ads, to join our energetic online marketing team in Berlin. In this important role, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and engagement through expert management of search engine marketing campaigns. If you are passionate about analytics and have a talent for optimizing Google Ads, we provide an environment where you can innovate and help shape the future of our global advertising efforts for three direct-to-consumer brands.

YOUR TASKS:

  • Design and execute SEA campaigns with a focus on Google Ads to maximize order value and achieve targeted Return on Ad Spend
  • Regularly monitor and optimize campaigns for key performance metrics and proactively define actions to improve performance
  • Manage audience segments effectively to enhance targeting and personalization using first-party data
  • Implement rigorous A/B testing strategies to refine ads based on performance data
  • Structure and manage Google and Microsoft Ads and accounts and campaign setups to align with business objectives and marketing strategies
  • Implement and maintain an organized campaign structure that facilitates efficient management and scalability
  • Ensure all accounts comply with data protection policies and manage risks effectively
  • Combine analytical skills and creativity to develop and test new creatives and collaborate with creative teams for effective concepts
