REQUIREMENTS

  • Formal education in sales, marketing, or business management; relevant industry experience is highly advantageous.
  • Understanding of workflows within the Life Science field to drive targeted marketing for Laboratory Equipment (LE) and Laboratory Plastics Essential (LPE).
  • High proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Proficiency with CRM, marketing tools, and related systems.
  • Proven track record of achieving results through collaboration with others.
  • Strong analytical, communication (both oral and written), and project management skills.
  • Ability to summarize complex technical, market, and research data effectively.
  • Highly motivated and resourceful individual.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Effective teammate comfortable working in a highly matrixed organization.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a dedicated and highly motivated Senior Marketing Specialist to join our Laboratory Products Division for South-East-Asia market. This is an outstanding opportunity to be a part of a world-class team, driving strategic marketing initiatives in Southeast Asia (SEA). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Marketing

  • Set and enable a strategic, multi-channel coordinated marketing plan for our key verticals in SEA.
  • Conduct customer segmentation, competitor analysis, and evaluate business trends and market opportunities.
  • Translate industry research and insights into compelling storytelling and marketing content, including narratives, campaigns, case studies, and sales toolkits.

Operational Marketing

  • Manage and optimize sales funnels, and coordinate tactical program staging and pacing to align with core business goals.
  • Take ownership of growth-focused marketing campaigns, ensuring significant industry impact and positioning.
  • Collaborate with the Product Management Team to drive strategic product positioning and balanced growth in key verticals.
  • Develop and implement marketing content (both digital and non-digital), including collaterals and creatives for key verticals, to convey strong value propositions and clear product differentiation.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to formulate tactical marketing plans that drive growth in key channels (distributors).
  • Translate global marketing strategies into local context in collaboration with Global Market Development Managers and the APJ Marketing Team.
  • Plan and optimize the marketing budget to achieve a high return on investment.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, upholding and communicating our multi-brand strategy across marketing programs.
  • Apply existing capabilities and resources to meet Ecommerce goals and requirements.
