Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and passionate Seafood Chef to join our team in Dammam and Jeddah. The ideal candidate must have previous hands-on experience in preparing and cooking a variety of seafood dishes while maintaining high standards of taste, presentation, quality, and hygiene. The candidate should be creative, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities -Prepare and cook a wide variety of seafood dishes including fish, shrimp, lobster, crab, calamari, and other seafood items. -Ensure all seafood is cleaned, stored, and handled properly according to food safety standards. -Develop and maintain high-quality recipes and presentation standards. -Monitor freshness and quality of seafood ingredients and supplies. -Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations. -Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and equipment. -Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times. -Control food waste and assist in inventory management. -Support menu development and introduce creative seafood dishes. Requirements -Previous experience as a Seafood Chef is mandatory. -Strong knowledge of seafood preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation. -Ability to work in a high-pressure kitchen environment. -Good understanding of food safety and sanitation standards. -Creativity and attention to detail. -Strong teamwork and communication skills. -Candidates currently based in KSA are preferred. -Valid transferable Iqama is a plus.
