WHAT DOES YOUR WEEK LOOK LIKE?

• Deliver hands on training to store managers, deli managers and deli teams on seafood species, merchandise standards, product handling, food safety, and customer service excellence.
• Monitor and support adherence to Tassal and retailer standards, ensuring consistent execution of merchandising, pricing, and promotional activities.
• Analyse sales data to identify performance opportunities and implement targeted initiatives to drive commercial outcomes.
• Foster strong relationships with store managers and deli teams to influence positive results and encourage collaboration.
• Utilise CRM and reporting tools to document store visits, track training outcomes, and highlight sales opportunities.
• Travel to various sites across Melbourne and regional VIC, with flexibility to operate across multiple locations throughout the week.

KEY COMPETENCIES & SKILLS:

• Strong retail or deli operations background, ideally within seafood or fresh categories.
• Effective trainer and coach with excellent communication and relationship building skills.
• Commercial acumen with the ability to analyse sales trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Professional, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM experience preferred.
