We are seeking a reliable and responsible delivery driver to join our team! As a Seafood Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering fresh seafood orders to our customers in a timely and efficient manner. You will be responsible for loading and unloading your vehicle, ensuring the safe and proper handling of our products, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities: Drive safely and efficiently to assigned delivery locations. Load and unload orders from the company vehicle, following proper handling procedures to maintain the freshness and quality of the seafood. Verify orders for accuracy and completeness before departure. Deliver orders to customers on time, with a positive attitude, professional manner, aligning with the company’s core values. Collect payments and process paperwork as required. Keep the company vehicle clean and organized as required for successful distribution of products (vehicle and gas are provided). Report any issues or concerns to dispatch immediately, including all collisions or malfunctions. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and applicable laws. Requirements Minimum Age: 25 years old (insurance requirement). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Minimum of 3 years). Ability to safely operate a delivery vehicle. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive and professional attitude. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Experience with food delivery is a plus. Familiarity with the [City/Region] area is a plus. Work Hours and Availability: This is a full-time position based out of the El Segundo location. Four Star Seafood is hiring for the following shifts: 3:00am – 11:30am 6:00am – 2:30pm Shift times are approximate. Some flexibility is required. Hours vary based on business needs. Compensation and Benefits: The pay scale for this position is $20.00 – $23.00 per hour. Employee benefits are available for all qualifying full-time employees, including paid time off, medical, vision, and dental insurance.
