In this role, you’ll take charge of everything from sourcing the freshest catch to creating eye-catching displays that keep customers coming back. You’ll manage inventory and ordering, ensure top-notch food safety and cleanliness, and lead a team with confidence and care. Whether you're helping a customer choose the perfect fillet or training staff on proper handling techniques, your leadership will set the tone for quality and service.
