Both sites have signature golf courses, while at Navarino Hills there are two further signature golf courses. Navarino Dunes is looking for Seafront Lifeguards. The Seafront Lifeguard. The Seafront Lifeguard ensures guest safety by monitoring beach and water activities, preventing accidents, and providing emergency care when necessary. They enforce safety regulations, maintain a secure environment, and communicate effectively with guests and staff. Ongoing training is essential to stay current with safety protocols. Responsibilities Responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all guests and associates, by acting quickly and appropriately at all times. Maintain good communication between the department, other departments, and all guests. Provide emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of emergency medical services. Present professional appearance and attitude at all times and maintain a high standard of customer service. Vision and hearing must be sufficient to see and hear people in crowded and noisy conditions and /or situations Communicate in person or by using a telephone and radio. Provide beach safety and supervision for guests, monitors activities in the water to prevent accidents and to ensure the safety and well-being of guests. Implements and monitors policies and procedures, enforces regulations and cautions guests regarding unsafe activities. Performs all required lifeguard-training skills as needed. Responsible for securing the area of duty and check equipment for its functionality. Follow all H&S rules, hotel policies, SOPs and Brand Standards at all times.
