MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Primarily to apply sealants and silicones to the bathroom pods with care and accuracy to a high standard
• Assist with stores duties and general housekeeping to ensure a tidy working environment
• Liaise with senior staff members in order to produce ‘in specification’ products
• Adherence to written works instructions, best practices, health and safety, policies and procedures as instructed
• To strive for the highest standards of work and to strive for continuous improvement in working practices, including personal training requirements & the implementation of solutions identified
• To undertake other duties as required by the business and as directed by the Production Manager as necessary, this could include all aspects of assembly.

EXPERIENCE WITHIN A RELEVANT MANUFACTURING ROLE IS PREFERRED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL.
