Responsibilites: Ensure high-quality sealcoat and crack seal services are provided across all jobs Brush and spray sealcoat on various projects such as roads, parking lots and driveways Manage the sealcoat and crack fill crew personnel Act as a liaison between crew and Director of Operations, Superintendent Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs for your crew Sweeping and cleaning areas prior to sealcoat application to include leaf blowing and edging Utilize our project management software to plan and facilitate professional production Frequently works near moving mechanical parts, works outdoors under adverse weather conditions such as hot and or humid or cold and or stormy weather Qualifications: Valid class D driver's license with clean driving record OSHA10 minimum, will hire in certification is in process Must be able to stand and bend for long periods of time in inclement weather Must be willing to work nights and weekends as needed Compensation and Scheduling: Hourly Range Dependent on Experience This position requires night and weekend availability during sealcoat season and is heavily weather dependent Benefits: Our benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, 401K with matching options and generous paid time off!
