We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Sales Operations Lead to join our dynamic team in the APAC region. In this role, you will be a critical partner to sales leadership, leveraging data and strategic thinking to uncover growth opportunities, drive strategic initiatives, and improve overall sales performance in the digital advertising space.

DESCRIPTION

Strategic Partnership: Translate divisional goals into quarterly priorities and the supporting sales execution strategies. Collaborate with regional leaders to enhance sales effectiveness through data-driven insights. Business Insights: Leverage a strong understanding of the market, client base and competitive set to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics to deliver actionable insights to sales leadership. Operational Excellence: Provide essential support to the broader sales enablement org & sales teams including book of business qualification/building, product/reporting training, and CRM hygiene.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations and/or digital advertising industry
  • Solid understanding of the digital ad ecosystem
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for analyzing reports and data to uncover insights to create high impact growth strategies
  • Proven ability to identify growth opportunities and business challenges and utilizing analytics and reporting to create strategic options for stakeholders at all levels
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics or related field
