Description
We are one of the largest and fastest growing private youth sports operators in the GTA. We provide fun, engaging experiences, creating lasting memories for the youth and families in our communities! We are looking for a talented SEO Specialist to join our team working hybrid out of our Etobicoke office. You will be responsible for building, launching, optimising, and scaling paid campaigns across Meta and Google, and using your expertise to push media across other platforms as you see fit. This is an on site, collaborative position where you’ll work closely with our marketing team and founder. Responsibilities Paid Media (Primary Focus – Google Ads & Meta Ads) Plan, build, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, targeting refinement, and budget allocation. Monitor daily campaign performance, adjusting bids, creative, and targeting to achieve KPIs such as CPA and Conversion volume. Develop and test ad copy, creatives, and landing pages using A/B and multivariate testing. Implement conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and platform-specific tools. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and optimization recommendations. Collaborate with creative team to brief ad messaging, visuals, and formats aligned with brand objectives. SEO Conduct on-page SEO improvements including metadata, content optimization, keyword placement, and internal linking. Perform technical SEO audits (indexing, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, schema, site structure). Track performance using Google Search Console, GA4, and Semrush. Identify opportunities for organic growth through competitive analysis and market research. Support link-building and outreach initiatives. 2–4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, especially Google Ads and Meta Ads. Solid experience in Paid Ads creative strategy and testing. Proven track record of improving ROAS and managing budgets at scale. Strong proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and major SEO tools (Semrush. Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and PPC best practices. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and turn insights into strategy. Experience with landing page optimization and CRO principles is a plus. Excellent communication, project management, and time-management skills.
