Your Role in VT Markets As Search Operations Lead within our Performance Marketing department, you will report directly to the Head of Performance Marketing and operate remotely from China. In this pivotal senior individual contributor role, you will own the formulation and execution of our global search traffic acquisition strategy spanning SEM, SEO, ASO, and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), building high-barrier, intent-driven traffic funnels at scale. Alongside your individual mandate, you will take on a team-building dimension—mentoring junior operators and trainees and institutionalizing standardized SOPs to ensure account-level precision and zero-error execution, cementing VT Markets' leadership in global search marketing. What Makes You a Great Fit Job Experience & Education * Proven hands-on experience in full-stack search marketing, with the ability to independently operate across SEM, SEO, and ASO. * Track record of delivering verifiable, high-impact growth outcomes in FinTech, global trading, or large-scale overseas business lines is highly preferred. * Demonstrated experience in team management or talent mentoring, with the ability to translate complex optimization logic into actionable, replicable training systems. Technical and Functional Skills * Deep understanding of underlying algorithms for search engines and app stores; familiar with web technical architectures, including crawling mechanisms, rendering approaches, and structured data applications. * Possesses a mature methodology for keyword matrix expansion and long-tail coverage, capable of systematically constructing a high-barrier keyword moat. * Advanced proficiency in multi-dimensional attribution logic, Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, and complex BI platforms. Data Acumen * Capable of extracting actionable insights from backend post-install data (e.g., user retention, LTV curves, cost payback inflection points) to reverse-engineer and continuously refine front-end bidding strategies. * Strong cross-platform data integration capability, able to independently build attribution analysis frameworks and convert data assets into business decisions. Soft Skills * Highly self-driven and fiercely result-oriented; able to proactively drive outcomes in ambiguous or resource-constrained environments. * Skilled at modularizing complex optimization logic into highly replicable training SOPs that raise the overall execution standard of the team. * Clear and structured communicator across functions, able to translate technical analysis into business language and effectively influence decision-makers. Your Responsibilities * Formulate and orchestrate global core search strategies across SEM, SEO, ASO, and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), integrating multi-channel traffic acquisition paths to maximize synergistic impact. * Develop global keyword expansion frameworks, automated bidding scripts, and defensive bidding rules to construct high-barrier, intent-driven traffic funnels. * Mentor and manage cohorts of junior operators and trainees; design standardized operational SOPs to ensure zero-error execution at the account level. * Conduct deep multi-dimensional attribution analysis, leveraging post-install backend data (e.g., retention rates, LTV curves, payback inflection points) to reverse-engineer and continuously optimize front-end bidding models. * Continuously monitor search engine and app store algorithm developments, assessing the impact of technical architecture changes (e.g., crawling mechanisms, rendering approaches, structured data) on traffic strategy and adapting accordingly. * Modularize complex optimization logic into highly replicable training materials and operational playbooks to elevate team execution capability and scalability.
