Right now, we’re looking for a Search Specialist or Senior Search Specialist to join our high‑performing, future‑focused Auckland based search team. Why this role? This is where search gets interesting. This is a hands-on role focused on paid search campaign management with exposure to SEO, working across a mix of well-known New Zealand brands. We’re open on level depending on experience, but this is fundamentally a role for someone who wants to build depth in search, take ownership of client work, and improve performance through a test-and-learn approach What you’ll be doing You’ll manage and optimise search activity across a portfolio of clients, working closely with your team and stakeholders to deliver strong performance outcomes. Your day-to-day will include: Managing and optimising campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads Monitoring budgets, pacing and performance across accounts Supporting SEO initiatives and broader search strategy Attending client WIPs and contributing to discussions and recommendations Analysing performance data and turning it into clear, actionable insights Working collaboratively with team members across Auckland and Wellington What you’ll bring You don’t need to tick every box - we’re interested in capability, curiosity and growth mindset.
