Relyon Guarding and Security Services is a privately owned business, established over 25 years ago with multiple contracts with many prestigious clients across the Bristol and the Southwest, with offices in Bristol, Devon and Cornwall. Our clients include, Mitie, Bath and Northeast Somerset Council, Environment Agency, Defra and Bupa to name a few.
Due to business expansion and contract wins, we are looking to increase our team with multiple vacancies for security staff within the Bristol and surrounding areas.

· Experience in security is essential for this role. You will be trained to the standard required but we want you to have experience in security previously.

THE ROLE
We are looking for a Security Officer to join us on one of our most established contracts, where the requirement is on delivering the highest standard of rapport building, high quantity of searches with training given to keep the current standard.
You will be working across varied locations weekly where accommodation, travel and food allowances will be provided.
You will be working as part of an established team requiring you to be physically fit, competent in low to moderate risk situations and will require quick and interchangeable responses.
As a Security Officer you are an essential part of the team where every interaction with the client will be professional. Your skills and experience will enhance the team you will be working with and require exceptional customer service.
The role whilst zero hours will entail security details away from home for up to 3 nights at a time. Working hours are expected to be around 36-48 per week and will vary across the seven-day week.
You will be expected to sign a non-disclosure agreement due to the nature of the job.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Conduct routine security patrols and inspections.
· Ensure all daily tasks are carried out at the highest standard.
· Daily searches of people, depots and vehicles.
· Large amount of walking
· Provide a high standard of customer service and attention to detail.
· Maintain a professional attitude whilst working under pressure.
