Description Supervisor: Ticket Office Manager Department: Season Pass Position Summary: Assists guests with selling and processing season passes, answering questions and other duties Job Relationships: Responsible To: Guests, Ticket Office Manager Employees Supervised: None Inter-Relationships: Work closely with Ticket Office Manager Duties and Responsibilities: Sell and process season passes Data entry Answer questions Answer phones Keep an accurate cash count Additional duties may be assigned Requirements Qualifications: Certification: None Experience: Cash handling, keyboarding, and computer skills required. 10-Key experience preferred. Other Requirements a. Ability to relate in positive manner to guests and co-workers b. Work quickly in a fast paced environment Environmental Factors: Continuous interaction with guests Lifting of items weighing 40 Lbs. or more Exposure to cold temperatures Sitting or standing for extended periods of time Guest facing position.
