Primary Purpose:Delivers customer experience to assist in achieving store’s and individual’s sales plan. Stay current with the market competition, fashion trends, and client shopping behaviors. Consistently and in a timely manner completes all types of operational tasks including maintaining store (sales floor and backroom), cash wrap and visual merchandising to Stuart Weitzman’s standards. Creates personal sales and clientele strategies in partnership with the management team. Drives business through clientele, sourcing new customers and maintaining on-going loyal relationships with customers. Adaptable and flexible to change based on business needs. Processes shipments as needed. Replenishes inventory on sales floor as needed. Adheres to all Stuart Weitzman policies and procedures including Loss Prevention. Be brand ambassadors of Stuart Weitzman. The accomplished individual will possess: Strong communication skills both oral and written. Excellent organization and attention to detail. Knowledge of POS, Microsoft office, and basic computer skills (including iPads, Internet, Mobile POS). The accomplished individual must have: Ability to execute at a fast pace. Flexible and solution oriented. Ability to maneuver sales floor and stockroom; climbing, bending and kneeling required. Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and, at times, lift and carry product/cartons up to 50 pounds to process product shipment/transfers. Ability to meet SW Scheduling & Availability Expectations, including ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. An outstanding professional will have: 1-3 years of retail experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalents work experience preferred.
