Key Responsibilities • Greet every guest immediately in a friendly and approachable manner • Assist them in understanding and enjoying our game - including the safety rules • Offer food and beverage • Protect our Guests and community by observing the rules of responsible service of alcohol • Ensure the bays are clean and ready for our Guests • Be efficient in handling cash • Offer optimum guest service – create “Moments that Matter” • Take pride in serving our food and beverages according to Topgolf standards • Suggest premium menu items to enhance the Guest’s experience and maximise sales Key Qualifications • Previous food and beverage experience • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate • Energy and enthusiasm • Excellent communication, time management and organisation skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods of time • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays • Physically fit to lift, bend and stand for long periods of time, manoeuvring up and down stairs Our promise to you: a playful environment where you can make new friends.
