The National is seeking a Seasonal Bellman to join our Guest Services team during the most festive time of year. As a Bellman, you’ll be the first and last impression our guests experience — providing a warm welcome, assisting with luggage, delivering amenities, and ensuring every stay begins and ends with exceptional care. What You’ll Do Greet guests with a friendly smile and genuine hospitality upon arrival and departure Assist with luggage handling, storage, and room deliveries Deliver in-room amenities and other guest requests promptly and professionally Provide helpful directions and information about the hotel and local area Maintain a clean, organized lobby and entry area Support the Front Office and Guest Services teams as needed to ensure a seamless guest experience What We’re Looking For A friendly, professional, and guest-focused personality Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred (but not required) Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during the seasonal period

Responsibilities

As a Bellman, you will greet guests warmly, assist with luggage, and deliver in-room amenities. You will also provide helpful information about the hotel and local area to ensure a seamless guest experience.
