We provide the best service to all customers placing product orders via phone, email or chat. How do they do it? Process customer orders via phone, email, and live chat Provide accurate information and answer questions about products and orders Troubleshoot and resolve order issues, escalating when necessary Engage customers in a friendly, helpful manner and recommend additional products to enhance their shopping experience Requirements Qualities We Look for in Our Team Members: Commitment to Training: Must be able to successfully complete a two-week training program (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM– 4:30 PM) before transitioning to a Seasonal Part-Time 2nd Shift role. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems. Strong Multitasking Skills: Capable of prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities effectively. Training Progression: Must complete new hire training and 90 days of phone-based customer service before advancing to chat and email support training. Excellent Communication: Demonstrates strong verbal skills, active listening, and clear written communication. Customer-Focused: Resolves customer concerns independently with a service-first mindset, aiming for one-contact resolution. Team-Oriented: Brings a collaborative spirit, a positive attitude, and a willingness to grow. Bilingual skills are a plus!
