A 50m sailing yacht is seeking an experienced seasonal Charter Chef to join in Palma around 1st June through to mid/end September. This is a busy and well-established charter program with a fantastic repeat client base and a really lovely atmosphere onboard. June and August are already fully booked, with further charters expected in September alongside some shorter owner use. The owners and guests enjoy fresh, vibrant and beautifully plated food, with a strong focus on quality ingredients and presentation. The successful candidate should be confident producing a wide range of cuisine styles to a high standard, while remaining adaptable and calm during busy back-to-back charters. Everything from family style to fine dining can be expected. Strong provisioning, organisation and time management are essential. This role would suit a chef who genuinely enjoys the pace and energy of a busy charter season and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences through food. The yacht has a great reputation with charter guests, a positive onboard environment and historically excellent gratuities.
