Lifeway is looking for Seasonal Church Solutions Specialists to support Lifeway Camps! In this role, you'll engage with youth and kids ministry leaders, with an emphasis on summer camp registrations. You'll respond to inquiries and resolve concerns related to camps registrations and payments via phone, email and online chat. Responsibilities As a Church Solutions Specialist for Camps you will: Build and maintain positive relationships with church customers and assist with summer camp registrations via phone, email, and chat Educate customers on Lifeway's various camps, locations and dates Provide customers with pricing, scheduling, and other applicable camp preparation information Promote and recommend additional or other resources, events and services based on the customer's specific needs Investigate, analyze and resolve customer inquiries related to camps; issue credits according to established guidelines Follow-up with customers regarding waiting lists, deposits and balances due for camp Stay up to date on changes to camps, such as location changes, church issues, etc. by using provided resources Demonstrate a servant's heart and a passion to serve others, Christ, and the Church Qualifications Live out Lifeway’s mission and values, showing deep commitment to Kingdom work High school diploma or GED, required 1 year customer service experience, preferred Actively attend an evangelical Christian church and serve/participate in church events or ministries, required Past experience with Lifeway Camps, preferred Intermediate computer skills, including ability to navigate product databases, data entry systems, internet search and online support tools Experience with chat support software, preferred Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills Strong multi-tasking and organization skills
