Some of your festive duties as a concierge team member will include:

• Delivering exceptional service to customers and retailers
• Welcoming guests at the concierge desk and assisting with their needs
• Providing directions, information, and helpful solutions to enhance the customer experience
• Promoting and selling Westfield Gift Cards and other service
