Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Seasonal Counter Coverage Consultant, you are the one we depend on to support our teams through your willingness to adapt and flex. You will work as a travelling Beauty Advisor to support our Boutiques and Counters across Sydney, supporting each location to achieve their daily goals.

THE ROLE YOU PLAY

As a Counter Coverage Consultant, you will leverage your warmth, authenticity and genuine spirit to build long-lasting and meaningful relationships with your clients, fostering loyalty and connection whilst making it your mission to exceed your client’s expectations in a way that only CHANEL can.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Conducting beauty consultations and makeovers for both existing and new clients utilising your excellent knowledge of our creations.
  • Advocacy of CHANEL Fragrance and Beauty products to onboard new clients to the Brand, traffic stopping and booking appointments when applicable.
  • Upholding the exceptional in-store experience and image that CHANEL is regarded for worldwide.
  • Collaborate with your team, other functions of the organisation and our partners, to ensure seamless operations and experiences.
  • Assist with gift wrapping and CRM activities to support the busy counters.
