Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in outbound calling or sales is preferred, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
