WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Due to increased demand, we are looking to strengthen our customer service team through the busy festive season.
You will be answering calls from our customers.
Accurately uploading orders to our CRM system.
Amending customer orders.
Taking payments and issuing refunds.
Tracking customer parcels and updating customers with delivery information.
We are looking for someone with a background in customer service, retail, hospitality or similar.
An enthusiastic people person, who loves delivering excellent service for our customers.
Driven and motivated, able to handle a busy workload.
A passion for food and farming and able to help our customers create magnificent festive feasts.
Computer literate, with experience using CRM systems and E-commerce packages.
A team player with a can do attitude.
The role is based at our brand new offices. The role will be required Monday - Friday and then also Saturdays in December.
Start date in September until 23rd of December
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
