Compensation, Benefits & Perks Pay Range: $16.50/hr. plus tips Company beer perks program and discounts Summary Stone Brewing is searching for an efficient, reliable and passionate Seasonal Dishwasher to join our Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens team to support over the fall/winter (October/January). This role is responsible for accurately and efficiently washing, cleaning and sanitizing our glass, dishes and silverware. PLEASE NOTE: This is a seasonal position with the primary purpose being to support our Bistro operations during our holiday volume period (October - January). If another Part-Time or Full-Time role becomes available during this time, the Seasonal Dishwasher is welcome to apply to that position. Responsibilities Working machine and/or hand wash station as necessary. Removing garbage and recycling at end of each shift; assisting in trash audits. Promptly reporting equipment issues, shortages and other problems to chef or supervisor. Completing opening and closing checklists; closing the kitchen properly and/or assisting others in closing the kitchen. Consistently maintaining all company and industry safety and sanitization practices and standards. Willing to be a valuable Team Stone contributor who will practice open and respectful communication while assisting with identifying and driving process improvements. Requirements High School Diploma or GED. At least 1 year of related experience and/or training in a high-volume kitchen environment. Must have a current San Diego County Food Handlers card, issued by the city of San Diego. Reliable transportation is necessary. Responsibilities

The Seasonal Dishwasher is responsible for washing, cleaning, and sanitizing glass, dishes, and silverware efficiently. This role also involves maintaining safety and sanitization practices and assisting with kitchen closing procedures.
