AUGUST–OCTOBER | TREASURE VALLEY | ICE CREAM CART & TRUCK TEAM

$16/hr + Tips | Weekends
Negranti Creamery is looking for strong, reliable, and guest-focused individuals to join our Seasonal Events Team from August through October just in time to earn some holiday savings while creating joyful moments for our amazing clients.
As a Seasonal Event Specialist, you’ll be on the front lines of our most exciting events of the season scooping our signature sheep’s milk ice cream from carts and trucks at weddings and public events. You and at least one other team member will manage everything from transport and setup, to serving and teardown, bringing hospitality, hustle, and heart to every event.

Responsibilities

Event Setup & Preparation

  • Transport carts, equipment, signage, and product in company vehicles
  • Set up serving stations and décor according to Negranti’s event standards
  • Stock supplies: ice cream, napkins, cones, utensils, backup stock, etc.
  • Inspect and clean equipment before each event
  • Connect with wedding planners + event staff to ensure proper timing and execution

Event Execution

  • Serve ice cream and treats with warmth, professionalism, and care
  • Maintain a clean, organized service area throughout the event
  • Monitor inventory and communicate needs proactively
  • Deliver outstanding hospitality and represent the Negranti brand with pride

Event Teardown & Cleanup

  • Break down stations, pack up supplies, and transport gear back
  • Clean and reset equipment post-event
  • Organize remaining inventory and note what’s needed for future events
  • Report any equipment or service issues
