OUR HEAD OFFICE IS IN DIEPPE, NB AND SALES OFFICE LOCATIONS ARE IN TORONTO, MONTREAL AND BOSTON.

Cavendish Farms is looking for Farm Laborers for a period of 3-4 weeks. Expected start date is September 15th, 2025. The exact start date and period of work will be dependent on weather and business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Safety and Quality focused
• Physically fit to stand for extended period of time.
• High level of attention to detail .
• Ability to work in close proximity to moving harvest equipment
• Farm experience is an asset
• Able to lift 50lbs regularly
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Availability to work extended hours (10-14 hours per day), evenings and weekends

• Inspect potatoes on a conveyor belt or grading line, removing substandard products, dirt, and foreign objects like rocks.
• Effectively communicate with coworkers and management to ensure safety and the ability to plan work around harvest operations
• Contribute to the team’s goals and provide feedback on how to better operations
• Flexible schedule to accommodate harvest weather windows
• All other duties as assigned
  All field operations are local to Chapman Settlement, NS and surrounding area.
