Job description Some of your duties and responsibilities will include: To perform general production jobs that may involve repetitive bending, pushing, twisting, pulling, lifting and machine operation. Cleaning duties may be assigned including cleaning equipment, the facility and washrooms. To perform all duties in a safe manner; comply with safety, environmental, and quality policies, accident prevention and compliance programs. Must have flexibility to work varied shifts; overtime may be required including weekends. Adherence to plant quality standards and Good Manufacturing Practices To seek opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives. Some of the job requirements: 18+ years of age. High school degree or equivalent required and will be verified if chosen as the successful candidate. 1 to 3 years of Manufacturing Experience would be an asset Computer Knowledge. Able to understand and interpret the specifications and procedures related to this job. Be mechanically inclined. Ability to perform basic mathematics. Ability to work in the fast pace environment. Self-motivated, safety and quality conscious; requiring minimal supervision. Must have open availability for the length of the employment contract.
