Description We are looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable individuals who enjoy working with the public to join our greenhouse team. If you love playing in the dirt and have a passion for plants, this is the perfect job for you! Responsibilities include unloading incoming plant shipments, watering and caring for plants, answering customer questions, pricing unmarked plants, consolidating inventory, and moving and refreshing displays. You will also ensure plant signage is accurate and up to date. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and a positive attitude are essential. If you enjoy staying active and helping customers find the perfect plants, we’d love to hear from you! Requirements · Must be at least 15 years of age · Must have reliable transportation · Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week · Must be available for at least one weekend shift the ability to work both weekend days is preferred during peak season · Ability to stand and walk for extended periods · Ability to push, pull, bend, stretch, and lift at least 30 pounds · Comfortable working in all weather conditions (indoor and outdoor work environment) · Ability to follow directions and work independently when needed
