The Opportunity We are hiring a Seasonal Greenhouse Production Technician to support plant production through October. This is a hands-on production support role working under the direction of our Greenhouse Production Lead. Your primary focus will be assisting with daily plant care and greenhouse production tasks to ensure plants meet quality and timing standards. Weekend coverage is required for this position as part of a staggered schedule to support seven-day plant care operations. What You Will Do Water, weed, trim, and perform general plant maintenance. Seed plants and transplant seedlings into larger containers as they grow. Fill soil trays and prepare greenhouse space for plant production. Assist with collecting and recording basic production data. Maintain clean, organized greenhouse and production spaces. Follow daily work direction from Production Specialists and uphold plant care and safety standards. Support greenhouse fulfillment or facilities activities as needed. What You Will Need To Be Successful Experience in horticulture, landscaping, agriculture, construction, or other hands-on work preferred. Interest in native plants and habitat restoration. Ability to perform physical labor in greenhouse and outdoor conditions, including heat and humidity. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain active throughout the workday. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong reliability and ability to maintain a consistent assigned schedule. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
