SEASONAL GUEST EXPERIENCE ASSOCIATE (HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT)

Location: Métis Crossing, Smoky Lake, AB
Closing Date: Until Suitable Candidates Found
Position Status: Seasonal (May – August), Full time (40 hours per week)

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Ability to work on-site at Métis Crossing in Smoky Lake.
  • Clear Criminal Record Check is required.
Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR Consultant and HR Manager.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, applicant screening, reference checks, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Support the delivery of orientations and training sessions as needed.
  • Assist with grant applications and related administrative tasks.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of human resources policies, compensation structures, and benefits programs.
  • Provide administrative assistance during the employee performance review process.
  • Draft and prepare various documents, including memoranda, correspondence, reports, proposals, job descriptions, and other employment-related materials.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records and ensure proper filing of all HR-related documents.
  • Present a positive and professional image of the organization when engaging with employees, clients, visitors, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development of health, safety, and wellness policies, including supporting training, monitoring, and disability management programs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
