SEASONAL GUEST EXPERIENCE ASSOCIATE (OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR)

Location: Métis Crossing, Smoky Lake, AB

Position Status: Seasonal (May – August), Full time

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities, with demonstrated experience in conflict management.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests, multitask, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic business environment.
  • High level of confidentiality, ethics, and professionalism; capable of handling sensitive information with tact and discretion.
  • Strong political and cultural sensitivity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and other relevant software.
  • Effective organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Leadership Team as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee and maintain office administrative processes and procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Develop, coordinate, and manage organization-wide administrative projects, including databases, office inventories, templates, and contact lists.
  • Perform routine administrative functions such as filing, answering phone calls, and responding to emails promptly and professionally.
  • Foster professional relationships with internal partners, stakeholders, customers, and contractors to support collaboration and communication.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned.
