Tregarthen’s Hotel on the Isles of Scilly are looking for an experienced Head Chef to join them for the 2025 season.
The Hotel is located on St Mary’s on the Isles of Scilly and enjoys stunning views of the islands of Tresco, Bryher, Samson and St Martin’s.
In addition to a competitive salary, you will be well-rewarded with a mid-season bonus and a share in the gratuities. This role is live in, with accommodation provided.
You need to be available to work until the end of the season which is mid-October.

YOU WILL ALSO NEED TO BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE THAT YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE UK.

As Head Chef you will have experience in leading a team in a busy professional kitchen, be able to work well under pressure and be a passionate leader with a love of good quality food.
The successful candidate must be capable of creating new dishes and menu selections, preparing rotas, effectively managing stock control and keeping a tight control of profit margins.
