SEASONAL FROM 1ST OCTOBER 2025 TO 1ST JANUARY 2026.

We are excited to open our brand-new garden centre in 2025. To support our opening, we need to recruit seasonal team members to work in our Outdoor Plant area and Bedding/ Seasonal section.
You will be working in our plant area. Assisting the team in stocking up, moving and maintaining plants and moving trolleys, helping with basic customer queries.
We are looking for motivated individuals who can follow instructions and communicate with customers. You will support our mission to offer a memorable garden centre experience, deliver wow customer service, and give employees, customers, suppliers, and the community a reason to smile.

YOUR CAPABILITIES

• Good verbal communication and customer service skills, confidence in dealing with members of the public
• Able to follow instructions from your manager and work on your own initiative
• Able to lift, bend, carry or move plants and products and be on your feet all day
• Able to push/pull several trollies across a site throughout the day and in all weathers

REQUIREMENTS

• You’ll need to work four weekdays and one alternating day each weekend – Saturday one weekend, Sunday the next.
• You will be required to wear gloves when handling certain crops and sturdy footwear (Personal Protective Equipment, or PPE)
• Some Plant knowledge is desirable, but not essential
• An interest in plants and gardening
