Internship Overview We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals who are passionate about horticulture and eager to learn within a world-class facility. Interns will gain exposure to all facets of landscape and grounds maintenance. Key Learning Highlights Include: Chemical and fertilizer application and equipment calibration Seasonal flower and landscape plantings Maintenance of ornamental landscape beds Design and installation of decorative planters Integrated pest management practices Water management and irrigation support Pruning and plant health care Requirements Educational Requirements Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited horticulture program or related field Experience Requirements Prior horticulture or landscape experience is preferred but not required Physical & Job Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to bend, stoop, and stand for 8–10 hours per day Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn in a team environment Internship Benefits On-site housing provided Experience at a multi-course championship facility Potential for advancement opportunities upon graduation Educational field trips and industry exposure Golfing privileges Uniforms provided Compensation Competitive hourly pay with overtime available
