Open Positions Busser/server Bartender Host Role & Responsibilities: · Provide the highest level of service in accordance with our standards · Answer guests’ questions about food, beverages, events and facilities in knowledgeable manner · Make a great first impression with professional friendly service, a genuine smile, and warm welcome · Inform guests about menu selections · Make appropriate recommendations, including add-ons, modifications, substitutions, allergens, and upsells · Serve alcohol in an appropriate responsible manner consistent with company standards; recognize signs of intoxication, and never over-serve · Enter orders in the POS system accurately · Deliver food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner · Deliver service ware, condiments, and other supplies to the table upon request · Clear service ware, glassware, and any unwanted items from the table between courses, and reset tables · Process financial transactions accurately · Communicate with management, kitchen staff, and serving staff to maintain an efficient service flow · Respond appropriately to customer complaints and bring any issues to the attention of a manager · Participate in end of shift side work duties · Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning, waste/recycling, restroom maintenance, etc. · Maintain safe, clean, organized & stocked work areas Requirements Food Handler Certified RBS Certified Qualifications & Preferred Skills: · Friendly and outgoing · Positive attitude and enthusiastic · Excellent hospitality and customer service skills · Excellent interpersonal skills with staff · Team player · Maintain a professional appearance at all times · Ability to multi-task and switch gears · Ability to problem solve · Works well in fast-paced challenging environment · Able to prioritize and focus, and handle frequent interruptions · Punctual and reliable · Able and willing to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays Physical Demands: · Able to stand & walk for extended periods of time · Able to bend, twist, squat, kneel and reach repeatedly throughout the shift · Able to lift, move, push/pull up to 35 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds occasionally Able to handle the stress of difficult/intoxicated people and challenging situations
