Description GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY: Assist the Recruiting and Centralized Scheduling (CS) department in scheduling the Space Needle and Chihuly Garden and Glass Team Members during our ramp up to the busy season. Help instill a “Team Member first” attitude throughout the organization. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Assist with scheduling, completing references, background checks, and other administrative duties essential to recruiting. Assist with New Hire Onboarding. Assist with New Hire Orientation set up. Support HRIS reporting. Maintain excel spreadsheets to track all schedules and recruiting activities. Assist the CS department with administrative duties and with other projects as needed. Accurately filing. Any other tasks as requested by HR Team. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: 1 year of experience in Human Resources preferred. Tourism, hospitality, or restaurant experience helpful. Knowledge of basic employment laws and regulations. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable with public speaking. Strong software skills including Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience with Human Capital Management systems is strongly preferred. Responsibilities
