Compensation & Benefits Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour Overtime Available Weekly Pay Home Daily Consistent Seasonal Work Veteran-Friendly Employer Potential for Long-Term Career Opportunities Schedule 12-Hour Day Shifts 3–5 shifts per week based on operational needs Must be willing and able to work weekends and holidays as required by customer and company needs Additional hours may be available during peak harvest periods What You'll Do Safely transport sugar beets within a customer production facility using commercial vehicles Load, haul, and unload product safely and efficiently Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections Ensure loads are properly secured and transported safely Maintain accurate logs and required documentation Report equipment issues promptly Work closely with plant personnel and fellow drivers Represent DHT professionally at all times Minimum Requirements Valid Class A CDL Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Ability to pass a DOT Physical Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol Screening Ability to work 12-hour shifts Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed Commitment to safe and professional operation Preferred Qualifications Dump trailer experience T-Endorsement Agricultural hauling experience Physical Requirements Ability to lift at least 25 pounds Ability to climb, bend, and enter/exit equipment safely Ability to work in outdoor conditions throughout the season Career Growth Opportunity This seasonal position offers more than just a harvest job.
