Description Position: Seasonal General Admittance Clerk Location: Palm Springs Surf Club, Palm Springs, CA Season Dates: 03/13/2026 – 09/13/2026 Pay Range: $18 – $19 per hour Job Summary: The Palm Springs Surf Club is seeking customer-focused and reliable Seasonal General Admittance Clerks to join our guest services team for the 2026 operating season. This role is responsible for greeting guests, processing admissions, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth entry operations throughout the day. Key Responsibilities: · Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival. · Accurately process ticket sales, membership scans, and guest check-ins. · Provide guests with essential information regarding park rules, amenities, and daily schedules. · Maintain a clean and organized entry area. · Assist with line control and guest flow during peak hours. · Handle customer questions, concerns, and requests professionally. · Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to support daily operations. Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. Basic cash-handling and POS system experience preferred. Friendly, professional, and team-oriented demeanor. Reliable attendance and punctuality.
