Be a part of the team that helps keep St. Louis looking beautiful - one property at a time! What does a landscape plant maintenance crew member do? Assist in landscape plant and bed maintenance on residential and commercial properties. Pruning trees and shrubs, mulching, weeding, cutbacks, planting and clean ups on a regular schedule. Work well independently as well as on a team while caring for customer properties. Interact professionally with customers on a daily basis communicating the process and expectations of services. Continue on the job training for all aspects of RYAN provided services along with recommendations for other RYAN services as needed on their property. Requirements Valid driver's license is required Must be able to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions, including exposure to heat. Ability to lift 50lbs Ability to push/pull objects while walking up to 3 miles a day All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
