Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This seasonal line chef position involves assisting our head chef with preparing and delivering our dynamic pancake food offering. You will work across multiple stations, including the pancake cook line, prep kitchen, sides/dessert preparation, and plating up. During peak periods, we serve over 5000 customers weekly, so experience in high-volume kitchens is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure timely and consistent delivery of all food dishes, from pancakes to sides and desserts.
  • Work across various kitchen stations to maintain a smooth and efficient service.
  • Thrive in a high-pressure, high-turnover environment, ensuring food quality and presentation remain top-notch.
