Job Description Summary:
POSITION OBJECTIVE:
See’s Candies is seeking a Seasonal Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources team and help deliver a smooth, joyful experience for hundreds of seasonal team members across the country.
This is a contract position running from approximately September through early January — perfect for an experienced HR professional looking to make an impact during the most exciting time of year. Best of all, this role is fully remote and open to candidates anywhere in the U.S.!
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $25-$30 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Job Description:
As an Onboarding Specialist for seasonal hires at See’s Candies, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our seasonal operations and ensure our new hires are set up for success. This role will play a pivotal role in ensuring our seasonal hires are efficiently onboarded through the Workday platform.
