Join Ag Partners in a temporary Seasonal Operations role and support our busy spring season by helping with a wide range of tasks. The season typically runs early April to mid-July. Hours can be flexible, and you must be 18 years or older. A CDL is not mandatory, and you will need to pass a preemployment drug test. Responsibilities may include: · Driving trucks or pickups · Operating payloaders, skid loaders, or forklifts · Filling or delivering anhydrous tanks · Assisting with loading dock and yard work help Requirements · A valid Class D or a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). · Communicate effectively with team members. · Attention to detail and accuracy. · While hours can be flexible, we prefer the ability to work extended hours during the busy season. · Repetitive heavy lifting (55 pounds). Qualifications Preferred: · Class A or B CDL with tanker and/or HazMat endorsement; a seasonal (180 day) CDL may be adequate in certain circumstances. · Valid DOT health card. · Sufficient product knowledge to identify and load correctly. The starting pay range for this position is $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, depending on job-related skills and experience. Temporary employees are eligible to join the 401(k)-retirement plan and get up to a 4% employer match with an additional years-of-service match. Employees in this position can earn Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) hours. Why Ag Partners? Responsibilities
This temporary seasonal role supports busy spring operations by performing a variety of tasks including driving trucks, operating heavy equipment like payloaders and forklifts, and assisting with the filling or delivery of anhydrous tanks. Responsibilities also extend to helping with loading dock duties and general yard maintenance.
