We’re looking for a Seasonal Operations Team Member to join our Calgary team for 3-month term and support key functions across our warehouse and production areas.
About the Role
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, hands-on environment. The Seasonal Operations Team Member will support areas such as shipping and receiving, warehouse organization, and production support. Working closely with the Operations Supervisor and team members, you’ll play a vital role in keeping daily operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Support inventory and quality control by conducting cycle counts, staging products, and inspecting decorated items.
• Contribute to shipping and receiving by unpacking shipments, updating inventory systems, preparing labels, and coordinating pickups.
• Help maintain warehouse organization, including layout planning, labeling, and cleanliness.
• Provide production support: stage decals, operate heat press equipment, and assist with routine maintenance.
• Step in to support other operational areas during absences or peak times.
• Keep accurate records of inventory, shipments, and production support tasks.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in warehousing, logistics, or production support is an asset but not required.
• Comfortable using inventory systems and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
• Familiarity with preparing shipping documentation and labels.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn heat-press equipment.
• A positive team player with strong communication skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing tasks and priorities.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving packages safely.
