We are excited to welcome a new Seasonal Part Time Retail Attendant to our Mission Bay Family. As a Retail Attendant you will have the opportunity to meet and interact with people from all over the world! Our Retail Attendants proudly showcase our hotel, amenities and surroundings. The Retail Attendant is a highly visible role in which you directly impact the guests stay and have the ability to create memories that will last a lifetime! Requirements YOU: To excel in this position, we are seeking an exceptional individual who excels at building connections and is passionate about creating memorable experiences while solving challenges. The Retail Attendant role: Greet guest provide a welcoming shopping experience Assist guest with selecting merchandise and answering product questions Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system Maintain Cleanliness and organization of retail store Restock shelves and ensure merchandise displays are attractive and fully stocked Promote featured items, seasonal products, and hotel-branded merchandise Address guest concerns or questions in a professional and courteous manner.
