Opening Date March 19, 2026 Closing Date March 20, 2027 Job Requisition Number JR101450 Seasonal Policy Intern (Evergreen) (Open) Pay Grade C40225 G Classification Seasonal Policy Intern (DOH) Class Definition A Seasonal Policy Intern assists full-time staff in various areas of public health policy and planning, including, but not limited to: development of education materials; community outreach; survey design; data collection, entry, and analysis; sample collection and monitoring; special projects; research; drafting reports and summaries; helping implement new initiatives; attending meetings; taking notes to support team deliverables, and other related projects. A Seasonal Policy Intern must be proficient in Microsoft Office and other related computer applications, and must demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Many of the classifications have a three-step pay-grade. An employee in any of these classifications is paid at the first step during his or her first season.
